The classic Falko wooden house offers 34.8 m2 of total area, so you can build it upon request! The project will be perfect as a year-round house, an allotment house, a holiday resort or an agritourism farm.
Falko is made of the highest quality four-sided planed logs, 44 mm thick . The whole thing is placed on pressure-impregnated joists and mounted with a double tongue-and-groove system , guaranteeing durability and reliability for years. The house has a roof with an area of 37.29 m2 and an angle of inclination of 4 °, as well as walls with dimensions of 253.3 / 275.3 cm.
The interior of the house was divided into four rooms . From the entrance there is a living room with a kitchenette , which is extremely bright and spacious thanks to glass doors and a double window (156×105 cm). Right next to it there are two bedrooms (approx. 8 m2), also with double-leaf windows, and a bathroom (approx. 4 m2), which can easily accommodate a shower cabin and other necessary equipment.
