Heavy-duty closeboard garden gate

This handmade pedestrian gate uses a substantial timber frame and traditional overlapping closeboard cladding. Its solid-boarded design provides a practical entrance for garden paths and side access.

• Cladding: overlapping vertical closeboard boards
• Finish: pressure-treated green

Pressure-treated timber

The timber is pressure treated for exterior use. Natural movement, small surface checks and variations in grain can occur as outdoor timber responds to changes in moisture and temperature. Periodic inspection and maintenance will help preserve its appearance and performance.

Before ordering

Measure the finished opening carefully and allow for the gate posts, hinges, latch and the clearances required by your chosen fitting method. Confirm the finished gate size rather than relying only on the opening measurement. Contact us if you need help with a bespoke size.
