Measuring the curve

Confirm how the finished height is measured across the concave profile and check the required central and outer clearances before ordering.

Natural larch timber

Larch has an attractive grain and warm natural colour. Variations in colour, grain and knots are normal characteristics of timber. If left untreated, the surface will gradually weather to a silver-grey tone. A suitable exterior oil can be applied and maintained if you wish to retain more of the original colour.

Before ordering

Measure the finished opening carefully and allow for the gate posts, hinges, latch and the clearances required by your chosen fitting method. Confirm the finished gate size rather than relying only on the opening measurement. Contact us if you need help with a bespoke size.
