Our wooden houses combine classic design with modern functionality, offering a comfortable and inviting living space. With a thoughtfully designed interior, they provide ample room for bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room—perfect for year-round living or a holiday retreat.

Built from high-quality coniferous wood, the structure ensures durability and longevity. The precisely crafted, four-sided planed logs are mounted on pressure-impregnated joists, using a secure double tongue-and-groove system for added stability. The roof and walls are designed to enhance insulation and provide a cosy atmosphere in any season.

Thanks to its carefully planned layout, the house offers plenty of natural light through large, well-positioned windows. The open-plan living area creates a welcoming space to enjoy with family and friends, while the bedrooms provide privacy and comfort.

Each of our wooden houses is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, ensuring precision and high quality. Additionally, we offer a range of customisation options to tailor the house to your individual needs.

All our structures are made of Scandinavian spruce wood.
The foundation beams are pressure-treated. The remaining components are dried (16-18% moisture) and must be treated with a high quality impregnant once the structure is assembled.

Recommended Insulation Options for Your Wooden House:
We use a specific insulation system that traps heat in your building efficiently, saving on energy costs and creating a house that is comfortable and practical all year round.

Our system combines:
– Wood beam (44 mm thickness)
– Membrane
– Rock Wool (100mm, 150mm or 200mm)
– Vapour barrier foil
– Panelling/MFP Board

Durability/Maintenance:
Impregnation is important for moisture control and therefore longevity of the structure. You can use solvent-based products (for the exterior) and water-based products (for the interior).
● Owning a timber-based house is simple and rewarding. It requires different maintenance to a brick-based structure.
● Proper protection of the wood is essential to maintain its quality and appearance over the decades.
● Regular maintenance of the facade is easy, prevents colour changes, and deposits on the wood, and allows you to enjoy the aesthetic beauty of your home for years to come.

Metal Roofing Tiles
Our tiles come with a manufacturer warranty of 10-15 years, and their lifespan ranges from 25 years (galvanized sheets) to 40-50 years (multilayer sheets with a polyurethane coating).

Solar Panels and Heating:
Our homes can be fitted with solar panels. This technology allows for the generation of electricity from sunlight, offering numerous advantages and promoting sustainability.
Installation options for solar panels are versatile and easily, tailored to the specific energy needs of a household. The cost of maintenance is low.

• All construction components are pre-cut to size and beams are numbered.
• A detailed assembly manual is provided alongside the construction components.
