The NEWA is constructed from high-quality, four-sided logs that are 44 mm thick, ensuring robustness and durability. The structure stands on pressure-impregnated joists and is assembled using reliable tongue-and-groove technology for a seamless and secure fit. Aesthetically, the house is completed with a single-slope roof covering an area of 34.85 m², featuring a subtle angle of inclination at 3°, which enhances its modern look while ensuring efficient water runoff.

Interior Layout

The interior of the NEWA is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light. It consists of three main areas:
1. Living Room with Kitchenette: Approximately 18 m², this space is exceptionally bright due to a glass entrance door and four windows (two measuring 81×105 cm and two measuring 60×185 cm), making it a perfect area for relaxation and socializing.
